In a match without any spectators present, Torpa IF achieved a very convincing victory against Strömsnäsbruks IF away on Friday evening. The final score was 0-4 after a strong second half by the visiting team.
The match began at a fairly even pace between the teams, but it was Torpa who took the lead through a fine individual effort by Murtaza Nazari in the 22nd minute. Strömsnäsbruk tried to respond immediately but missed their chances to score.
It wasn’t until the 25th minute that Johan Brorsson doubled Torpa's lead with a well-placed shot in the penalty area. Strömsnäsbruk fought hard to get back into the match, but Hannes Törnqvist made it 0-3 for Torpa in the 30th minute after a clever change of play.
After the break, the match continued at roughly the same pace. Strömsnäsbruk attempted to reduce the deficit but received warnings for both Erjon Doroci and Melvin Petersson. Instead, Torpa was able to seal the match when Martin Hedvåg scored in the 76th minute, which also became the final score of the match.
It was a strong performance by Torpa IF, who demonstrated both individual skill and solid defensive play. Meanwhile, Strömsnäsbruk had to return home without any points and with much to reflect on before their upcoming matches. The referee for the evening, Emir Latifi, had a relatively calm match to officiate, assisted by Daniel Berhane and Hossein Ahmadi.
