On a sunny Tuesday evening, Vislanda IF and Kärda IF met at Tallevi. The crowd had gathered in the stands to cheer for their favorite team and hopes were high. Referee Aras Raheem and his assistants Ali Amin and Yasin Ali kicked off the match amidst cheers from the spectators.
It didn't take long for the home team to open the scoring. Just two minutes in, Albin Jernberg found the net after a well-placed pass from a teammate. The crowd got to their feet and applauded Vislanda IF, and it wouldn't be long before they had reason to do so again.
Just five minutes later, Benny Östlund jumped into the penalty area and headed a ball straight into the goal, giving the Kärda goalkeeper no chance. Vislanda continued to apply pressure and maintained a high possession rate, even though Kärda managed to disrupt the play at times.
In the 38th minute, Albin Jernberg scored his second goal of the evening after getting past Kärda's defense and shooting a ball that found its way into the net. After that, Kärda attempted to get back into the match but struggled to create many dangerous chances.
In the second half, players were substituted in and out and the tempo increased. Vislanda IF received a warning for Jezper Eneroth's aggressive play, but it did not hinder their pursuit of more goals. In the 53rd minute, Pontus Lundberg scored his first goal of the match, which became the fourth and final goal for Vislanda IF.
Kärda tried to keep their goal difference as low as possible and managed to limit the number of goals in the late stages of the match, but it was not enough to change the result. Instead, Valon Shala received a warning in the 88th minute for Kärda IF. The match concluded with standing ovations from the Vislanda crowd and players celebrating on the field.
Vislanda IF won the match against Kärda IF with a convincing 4-0 and claimed important points in Division 5 Småland Southwest, men’s.
