In an exciting match between Stigtomta IF and Skogstorps GoIF at Stigtomta IP, we saw a strong home team take home the victory with an impressive 5-1.
The match started evenly and both teams showed a good game. However, the first goal came from Skogstorps GoIF when Viktor Flood put the ball in after 25 minutes. Stigtomta IF responded quickly and equalized with a fine strike by Victor Johnsson in the 40th minute. Just two minutes later Andreas Lindgren extended the lead for Stigtomta to 2-1.
In the second half Stigtomta continued to dominate and Marcus Karlsson increased the lead to 3-1 in the 70th minute. Skogstorps struggled to catch up, but failed to find the goal. Instead, Stigtomta extended their lead further through goals by Victor Johnsson and Hampus Dahlström in the 86th and 90th minutes.
Referee Arman Rahimi kept a good control over the match and handed a warning to Skogstorp's Soran Madhad Khafor in the 74th minute.
The crowd was unfortunately zero, but it didn't matter for Stigtomta IF who won 5-1 and took three important points in Division 5 Södermanland. An impressive effort by the home team who played with strength and aggressiveness throughout the match.
