In an exciting match between FC Krukan and Storskogens SK at Skarpnäcks SF 3 on Wednesday evening, the audience witnessed an important victory for the visiting Storskogens SK. Despite only 20 people in attendance, there was still a lively atmosphere at the arena when the match kicked off at 8:00 PM.
Referee Amir Ali Vesnic blew the whistle to start the match, and both teams pressed high from the outset. FC Krukan tried to get back into the game immediately, but Storskogens SK continued to dominate the play, and it didn’t take long before Niclas Rolander, number 10, scored his first goal of the match in the 53rd minute. After the second goal, FC Krukan struggled to find a response, and a few minutes later, number 10 for FC Krukan, Sebastian Andersson, received a yellow card.
Ten minutes later, Niclas Rolander scored his second goal of the evening when he netted Storskogens SK’s third. FC Krukan’s Philip Carlsson was also cautioned before the match had five minutes left, and with 16 minutes remaining, FC Krukan managed to score a goal through a well-placed shot by an unknown scorer.
Unfortunately for FC Krukan, it was not enough to make a comeback in the match, even though Storskogens SK’s André Franco Törnetoft was sent off in the 85th minute after receiving his second yellow card. Jacob Mainwaring was cautioned for Storskogens SK in the 88th minute, but as the match approached its conclusion, Zaid Ahmed Kareem Kareem managed to score Storskogens SK's fourth and final goal in the 92nd minute.
When the referee blew the final whistle, the score stood at 1-4, and Storskogens SK had secured an important victory against their opponent. A win they hopefully can build on as the season continues.
