On Saturday afternoon, an exciting soccer match was played between Aspuddens FF and Mälarhöjden-Hägersten FF at Aspuddens IP 1. In front of a bravely fighting crowd of only 43 people, referee Enes Izgi, along with assistant referees Jonathan Navarro and Sajad Nasseer Hussein, kicked off the match for important points in Division 5 Stockholm Södra.
Mälarhöjden-Hägersten FF took the lead just seven minutes in when Omar El Mahi found the back of the net. However, Aspuddens FF fought back and equalized only eleven minutes later when Rasmus Gidlöf scored his first goal of the season.
The match then became intense, and after an uneven first half, it grew even more dramatic in the second half. Aspuddens FF found themselves in a tough situation when Simon Leffler was sent off after 20 minutes for a serious foul. Despite this, they continued to fight and received a warning when Sebastian Håkansson picked up a yellow card in the 54th minute.
Mälarhöjden-Hägersten FF also encountered problems when Byron Gawo received a yellow card in the 79th minute, followed by a red card just a few minutes later after receiving his second yellow.
In the 84th minute, Aspuddens FF demonstrated that they could capitalize on their position and managed to score the decisive goal when Simon Kampf sent the ball into the net, leading them to a 2-1 victory.
Aspuddens FF earned three important points, and the players celebrated the win together with the fans in attendance. On the other hand, Mälarhöjden-Hägersten FF left the field empty-handed, and Byron Gawo departed early after receiving two yellow cards.
