A lovely Friday evening at Enavallen A-field where Enköpings IS faced Sunnersta AIF 2 in Division 5 Uppland South. In front of an audience of 25 people and with referee Theodor Hovberg leading the way, the match kicked off.
It didn’t take long for the home team Enköpings IS to take the lead, when Samuel Armando Garcia Leon scored 1-0 in the 15th minute. But Sunnersta AIF 2 did not back down and quickly equalized through Edwin Gidfors in the 18th minute.
Enköpings IS regained the lead before halftime when Gutale Gutale Hasan found the net in the 39th minute. He was also on target again and made it 3-1 from a free kick in the 43rd minute.
In the second half, Enköpings IS extended their lead through Serge Barume Obadia, who scored 4-1 in the 52nd minute. Sunnersta AIF 2 didn’t give up and managed to reduce the deficit with a goal from Noah Berggren in the 87th minute.
The match became intense towards the end with several cautions, first to Edwin Gidfors of Sunnersta AIF 2, and then to Diyar Yousef from the same team as well as Joakim Reutfors from Enköpings IS. However, it was the home team that put the final touch on the match when Adnan Salim Ali scored 5-2 in stoppage time in the 90th minute.
A convincing victory for Enköpings IS, who take three important points and climb in the table. Sunnersta AIF 2, however, can hold their heads high after a fighting effort despite the loss. An entertaining match for those present at Enavallen this evening.
