Grums IK 2 started the match strongest and took the lead just four minutes in through Mohammed Mosavi. However, Deje IK managed to equalize through Robin Olsen in the 12th minute, and then took the lead with a goal from Abubakarr Kamara, wearing the Grums IK 2 shirt. Nevertheless, it was Deje IK who went into halftime with the lead as Erik Nilsson and Anton Berg scored two quick goals right before the break.

In the second half, Deje IK continued to dominate, and Erik Nilsson scored his second and third goals of the match, the last being a real dream shot. Grums IK 2 reduced the deficit through Niklas Andersson, but it was not enough to threaten the home team, Deje IK.

The audience at Ängevi IP Artificial Turf was treated to an exciting match where the home team Deje IK ultimately came out on top, winning 5-3. The hat trick hero was Erik Nilsson, who scored three beautiful goals for his team.
