In an exciting match in Division 5 Västerbotten Södra, Umedalens IF 2 faced Rödåbygdens IK at Umedalens IP on an evening where only 15 people had made it to the arena to witness the match.
Rödåbygdens IK took the lead already in the third minute when William Wretell put the ball in the net and then increased their lead to 2-0 in the 17th minute with another goal from William Wretell, this time from a penalty.
However, Umedalens IF 2 did not give up and reduced the deficit through Max Zetterberg in the 57th minute with a free kick. After a missed penalty by Benjamin Lindahl, the team managed to turn the match in the closing stages with goals from Ludvig Larsson and Sajad Amini, giving them a 3-2 lead.
Rödåbygdens IK, however, did not give up and managed to equalize to 3-3 through a goal by Erik Nordlander Dunkels in the 83rd minute. Despite an intense finish from both teams, the match ended 3-2 in favor of Umedalens IF 2.
