It was a sunny Saturday afternoon at Nya IP A when Jung/Kvänum 10 IF hosted Folkabo IK in an exciting match in Division 5 Västergötland Östra for men. The audience was present, with an impressive turnout of 80 spectators, to see the two teams face off on the pitch.
Referee Anders Orlinder blew the whistle to start the match, and it was the home team Jung/Kvänum 10 IF that took the lead early on. In the 22nd minute, Mohammed Ebrahimi struck and made it 1-0 for Jung/Kvänum. Folkabo IK tried to come back but instead received two warnings, first for Patrik Rydén and then for Jonatan Demersjö.
In the 39th minute, Jung/Kvänum increased their lead when Tony Berntsson scored to make it 2-0, and just three minutes later, he also made it 3-0, completing his hat trick. It seemed like Jung/Kvänum had control of the match.
But Folkabo IK did not give up, and in the 60th minute, Jonathan Wahnberg reduced the deficit to 3-1. Just two minutes later, Albin Larsson scored again, bringing the score to 3-2, and suddenly the match was wide open again.
However, Jung/Kvänum showed character, and in the 67th minute, they scored 4-2 through Anton Hjalmarsson, thus securing the victory. The match ended 4-2 in favor of Jung/Kvänum 10 IF, and the players were able to celebrate a well-deserved win in front of their home crowd.
An exciting and entertaining match at Nya IP A where Jung/Kvänum 10 IF displayed both goal-scoring ability and fighting spirit, while Folkabo IK fought their way back into the match but ultimately fell short.
