On Saturday afternoon, Torp GOIF hosted Stala IF at Rimmåsvallen in a match that both teams wanted to win. Torp GOIF, sitting at the bottom of the table, knew it was crucial for them to earn points to avoid relegation. On the other hand, Stala IF aimed to secure the three points to solidify their fourth place in Division 6 Bohuslän.
The match started with a strong beginning from Stala IF. After just twelve minutes, Marcus Olsson scored a free kick that went straight into the net, giving the visitors the lead. Two minutes later, it was Liam Rundberg's turn to find the net, increasing the visitors' lead to two goals. Stala IF continued to dominate the match and, after 29 minutes, Viktor Moberg scored their third goal of the day.
Torp GOIF finally found the back of the net at home just before halftime when Eje Fred scored with a header, which gave them a glimmer of hope to turn the match around.
The second half began with two yellow cards, one for each team. The match remained fairly even for the next 20 minutes, but it was Stala IF who would score next. In the 75th minute, Viktor Moberg netted his second goal of the day, extending Stala's lead once again. With only twelve minutes left in the match, Love Gullbrandsson scored for Torp GOIF, but it was too late to change the outcome of the game.
The match ended with a score of 2-4 in favor of Stala IF. Torp GOIF will now be relegated to Division 7 Bohuslän next season, while Stala IF finished the season in a solid fourth place.
