The sixth round of Division 6 Göteborg A featured a high-intensity match between Tollereds IF and Marstrands BK at Spinnarvallen 1 Grass. A full spectator stand was missing, and the match was officiated by the skilled referee Muhammet Haluk Kanat.
The match started with a goal for Tollereds IF, as Fabian Larsen Meza scored the opening goal after just three minutes. Anton Andersson was in great form, and after scoring his third goal in the 20th minute, Simon Andersson extended the lead to 4-2 in the 29th minute. Yet Tollereds IF fought back, and thanks to goals from Ted Madjar and Martin Persson, they managed to equalize at 4-4 in the 34th and 48th minutes, respectively.
Martin Persson also received a yellow card in the 55th minute, followed by Salko Huseinovic in the 68th minute. After this, the match took a turn when Huseinovic, who had just received his second yellow card, was sent off in the 71st minute. Marstrands BK took advantage of the numerical superiority, and through a penalty by Oscar Granath, they took the lead at 5-4 in the 70th minute.
Tollereds IF tried to push for an equalizer, but in the 86th minute, Erik Söderlund nailed the final goal, setting the final score at 6-4 in favor of Marstrands BK.
It was a well-deserved victory for Marstrands BK, who managed to make the most of their numerical advantage and secure three points. Tollereds IF will need to return to the drawing board and review how they can improve their game before the next match.
