BK S:T Jakob was completely overwhelmed when they faced Hönö IS on Heden 3 Artificial Turf in Gothenburg on Tuesday evening. With a crowd of only 20 people and referee William Falkengaard on the field, it was Hönö IS that took command of the match from the start. Just three minutes in, Simon Seesai scored the first goal for Hönö, which hit hard for BK S:T Jakob.
The match continued at the same pace, with Hannes Bernhardsson scoring Hönö's second goal in the 15th minute, followed by Jakob Östlund scoring the third just six minutes later. Adam Olsson also scored his first goal in the match in the 22nd minute, extending Hönö's lead to 0-4.
But BK S:T Jakob was not going to give up and managed to get a goal from Ludvig Björk in the 40th minute. This gave a glimmer of hope to the home team, but it didn't last long as Alex Andersson scored Hönö's fifth goal just one minute later.
In the second half, it was the same story as in the first half, with Hönö continuing to dominate the game. Liam Larsson scored Hönö's sixth goal in the 51st minute, but Torsten Kymmer managed to score a free-kick goal just five minutes later, giving BK S:T Jakob a consolation goal.
However, Hönö IS was not distracted by this, and Adam Olsson scored his second and third goals in the 58th and 60th minutes, thus becoming the match's big hero. Simon Seesai also scored his second goal in the 69th minute, while Alex Andersson received a yellow card in the 80th minute. The match concluded with Simon Seesai scoring his third goal, bringing the final score to 2-10.
This was an easy match for Hönö IS, but BK S:T Jakob can learn a lot from this defeat and hopefully get back on the winning track in their next match.
