It was an exciting match between Sjövalla FK and Göteborgs SIF at Djupedalsplan B Artificial Turf. Although there were no spectators present, the teams delivered an entertaining soccer match.
Sjövalla FK took the lead with 1-0 after a nice strike from Elias Dahl in the 42nd minute. Just before halftime, Olof Eklund doubled the lead for Sjövalla, and the team went into the break with a 2-0 advantage.
In the second half, Göteborgs SIF came back strong, and Filip Pålsson reduced the score to 2-1 in the 56th minute. But it didn't take long for Sjövalla FK to once again increase their lead. Fredrik Nedestam made it 3-1 in the 69th minute, and just six minutes later, Simon Bevenäs extended it to 4-1 for the home team.
Things got even worse for Göteborgs SIF, who also received a red card in the 31st minute, as well as yellow cards for Gustav Giebat and Mattias Dotevall during the match. Olof Eklund capped off the scoring with his second goal of the evening, finalizing the result to 5-1 for Sjövalla FK.
A dominant performance by Sjövalla FK, who secured a convincing victory at home. Göteborgs SIF will take away lessons to learn from and will look to bounce back in their next match.
