It was an eventful match at Gröningen A as Skottorps IF took on Ysby BK in Division 6 Halland Södra. The crowd was on hand to see the two teams square off in the sunny Saturday afternoon.
It was Ysby BK who started the scoring through Otto Nilsson who put 0-1 on the board already in the fifth minute. But Skottorps IF quickly responded and Sebastian Botros equalized to 1-1 in the seventh minute.
It was an even and entertaining match where both teams showed their goal sense. Otto Nilsson scored his second goal of the day to give Ysby BK a 1-2 lead, but Sebastian Botros equalized again for Skottorps IF to 2-2.
Skottorps IF then took hold of the match and scored three quick goals through Oscar Gustafsson, who scored both 3-2 and 4-2. But Ysby BK did not give up and Adam Thorén reduced to 4-3 before Filip Svensson equalized just before the half-time break.
In the second half, it was Ysby BK who drew the longest straw. After an own goal by Skottorps IF they took the lead with 4-5 and Adam Thorén completed his hat trick with two more goals in the final stages of the match.
When the referee blew the whistle, it was clear that Ysby BK had won by 4-7. An impressive victory against a Skottorps IF that did not really manage to hold back the effective Ysby offense.
