On Saturday, Krokeks IF B faced Saltängens BK B in an exciting Division 6 match at Kolmårdens IP. Despite the lack of spectators, it was a high-intensity game where both teams showcased great football.
Krokeks IF B started strong and took the lead just 11 minutes into the match through one of their standout players, Beni Tutala. The game leveled out somewhat after the goal, but Krokeks continued to dominate the first half. In the 20th minute, Jacob Forslund extended Krokeks' lead with a well-placed shot. After this, Krokeks had several chances to score more goals but failed to capitalize on them.
In the 37th minute, Jack Henriksson received a yellow card for a violent tackle. Despite this, Krokeks continued to push for goals, and Jacob Forslund scored his second of the match in the 39th minute, leaving Krokeks with an impressive 3-0 lead at halftime.
The second half was a completely different story. Saltängens BK B came out showing great character and fought to get back into the game. It took just 7 minutes of the second half for Tobias Qvist to reduce Krokeks' lead. Only four minutes later, Qvist scored his second goal, and suddenly the match was becoming really exciting.
In the 63rd minute, Wille Nordin scored the third goal for Saltängens, leveling the match at 3-3, which would also be the final result. Both teams fought hard to secure all three points, but in the end, it was a shared result.
Referee Mikael Sörman had a calm day at work and was able to officiate a well-played match without too many incidents. In summary, it was an entertaining game where both teams provided great play and many scoring opportunities.
