In the late evening sun on Sjölyckan A-field, two local teams battled for victory in a Division 6 match. Kiaby IF faced Balsby SK in a match that proved quite simple for the visitors.
Balsby SK was first to the ball and aggressively pressed Kiaby IF. An early warning was issued to Balsby SK's Armin Feratovic, but it didn’t stop his team from continuing to attack. Kiaby IF fought hard and managed to hold them off, but couldn't quite mount a comeback.
In the 44th minute, however, Balsby SK managed to score with a goal from Oskar Mårtensson, taking a 0-1 lead at halftime. Kiaby IF's Valter Sjöstrand received a warning just before the break.
The second half began with the same intensity. Balsby SK continued to push and scored their second goal through Jacob Andersson in the 53rd minute. Kiaby IF worked hard to come back and had several chances, but it was Kristian Johansen who scored Balsby SK's third goal in the 86th minute.
However, Kiaby IF managed to reduce the deficit with a goal from Fahrudin Dusinovic in the 88th minute, making the score 1-3.
It was a tough match for Kiaby IF, who struggled to find ways to attack and ultimately lost 1-3. Balsby SK can take pride in a solid performance and three points.
