On Friday evening, Kiaby IF and Edenryds IF met at Sjölyckan A-plan in front of an audience of 55 people. Referee Simon Olsson took charge of the match, assisted by Ahmed Dello and Omar Helal during the Division 6 Skåne Nordöstra A, men’s match. Kiaby IF was in 7th place in the table, while Edenryds IF was in 2nd place before the match, which added an exciting dimension to the game.

But it wasn’t over yet. In the 43rd minute, Henrik Sörensen Larsson scored for Edenryds IF, equalizing the score at 1-1 with a penalty goal. In the first half’s stoppage time, in the 45th minute, Joel Hallgren scored for Kiaby IF, making it 2-1.
In the second half, Kiaby IF received an early warning in the 56th minute when Valter Sjöstrand was cautioned. However, it was Edenryds IF that scored next, in the 56th minute, when Andreas Grönqvist found the net, bringing the score to 2-2.
Edenryds IF then maintained their momentum and received two more warnings, the first for Rasmus Gustavsson in the 61st minute and the second for Hugo Johansson in the 62nd minute. Henrik Sörensen Larsson struck again, scoring his second goal of the match and putting Edenryds IF ahead 3-2 in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Philip Stenros scored for Edenryds IF, extending the team’s lead to 4-2.
Finally, in the 85th minute, Edenryds IF scored their fifth and final goal of the match when Hugo Krahner netted a much-anticipated header, concluding the score at 5-2. Kiaby IF tried to recover from the loss for the remainder of the match but failed to score any more goals. Edenryds IF, on the other hand, left the pitch to jubilant cheers after a strong away victory.
