On a sunny Thursday afternoon, Wä IF and Linderöds IF faced off at Wä IP A-field in front of an audience of 75 people. Referee Fredrik Hansson officiated the match with assistance from Elias Hansson and Ahmed Dello.
The match started evenly, but it was Wä IF who took the lead in the 17th minute through Axel Johnsson, who tapped in the ball after a nice pass. Linderöds IF tried to respond but soon saw Wä IF extend their lead after 35 minutes when Axel Johnsson found the net again.
Just a minute later, Alfred Persson increased the lead to 3-0 for the home team. The second half continued in the same manner, with the home team in the driver's seat, and it didn't take long before Alfred Persson scored his second goal of the day, making it 4-0 in the 71st minute.
Linderöds IF tried to find their way back into the match, but Wä IF held firm in defense and were able to comfortably protect their lead. The match concluded with yellow cards for Leon Garamplianas from Wä IF and Nuralah Allawirdi from Linderöds IF.
When the final whistle blew, it was clear that Wä IF had won convincingly with a score of 4-0, taking home three points. A well-played match by the home team, with Axel Johnsson and Alfred Persson being the standout players, each scoring two goals.
