IFK Rössjöholm hosted Hovs GoIF at Lärkevallen A-plan in front of an enthusiastic crowd of 80 spectators. Referee Patrik Jönsson officiated the match, assisted by Christian Nilsson and Hugo Holm.
The match started intensely, and already in the 11th minute, Hovs GoIF took the lead through Ermir Guma. However, IFK Rössjöholm did not hold back and quickly equalized with a goal from Axel Hansen in the 12th minute. Shortly afterward, they took the lead again, with Hansen scoring once more, followed by Oskar Eliasson extending the lead to 3-1 with a penalty in the 35th minute.
Hovs GoIF would not give up and reduced the deficit to 3-2 through Ermir Guma in the 37th minute. But at the end of the first half, Ola Johansson and Oskar Eliasson each found the net for IFK Rössjöholm, giving them a 5-2 lead at halftime.
In the second half, the goals continued to come. Henrik Lahti reduced the score to 5-3 for Hovs GoIF in the 62nd minute, but IFK Rössjöholm responded quickly, with Kristoffer Dahl increasing their lead to 6-3 in the 78th minute.
Hovs GoIF did not back down and managed to make it 6-4 with an own goal in the 80th minute. However, IFK Rössjöholm demonstrated their strength, and Oskar Eliasson completed his hat trick with his third goal in the closing minutes of the match, sealing the final score at 7-4.
It was an entertaining match with plenty of goals, and both teams showcased good offensive play. IFK Rössjöholm emerged victorious and secured three important points at home.
