It was a sunny Sunday afternoon at Brunnbyvallen when Brunnby FF hosted IFK Rössjöholm in Division 6 Skåne Nordvästra A. The attendance was only 78 people, but that didn’t stop the teams from providing entertaining football.

The match began with high tempo from both Brunnby FF and IFK Rössjöholm. However, it was IFK who took the lead first in the 21st minute when Alex Roth Nilsson found the net behind Brunnby FF’s goalkeeper.

IFK Rössjöholm continued to dominate and in the 40th minute, Oskar Eliasson struck and made it 0-2 for the away team. Brunnby FF tried to get back into the match, but struggled to create dangerous chances.

After the halftime break, IFK Rössjöholm kept pushing forward and just six minutes into the second half, Malte Carlsson scored with a header to make it 0-3. Brunnby FF attempted to apply pressure on IFK, but instead committed several unnecessary fouls. Erik Holm and Love Staffas both received yellow cards during the match.

In the 81st minute, Brunnby FF finally managed to score when Mahmoud Kader reduced the score to 1-3. But IFK Rössjöholm didn’t give up and just five minutes later, Valter Gustavsson made it 1-4.

Mahmoud Kader managed to score another goal for Brunnby FF in the 87th minute, but it would only serve as a consolation. IFK Rössjöholm responded immediately from the kickoff when Axel Hansen extended the lead to 2-5, finalizing the scoreline.

Referee Florim Nikqi had complete control over the match, which was played tightly and intensely. Assistant referees Fadil Begu and Naim Islami also kept a close eye on the game, which featured several goals and hard duels.

IFK Rössjöholm won convincingly with a score of 2-5 and could celebrate a well-deserved three points on their way home.
