Ilyrien IF delivered an impressive performance in Sunday's match against Medina IF at Toftavallen A-plan. Ilyrien set the tone early with Mergim Meholli scoring the first goal of the match after just four minutes. Not long after, Abit Gjakova extended the lead with a header, followed by an own goal from Medina IF in the 14th minute. After a fantastic first half, Ilyrien IF led 4-0.
In the second half, Ilyrien IF continued to dominate while Medina IF struggled to find their form. Mohamed Rabie and Salih Huseyin both received the first yellow cards for Medina IF after some tough tackles. Nevertheless, Salih Huseyin managed to score a consolation goal for Medina IF in the 60th minute.
Abit Gjakova was on fire, scoring two quick goals in the 59th and 63rd minutes to complete his hat trick and increase Ilyrien's lead to 6-1. Anton Franzén Veberg added two more goals for Ilyrien IF in the 65th and 88th minutes, leading to a final score of 9-1 in favor of Ilyrien IF.
