It was a really exciting match between Holmeja IS and Lilla Beddinge BK on Sunday afternoon. Although Lilla Beddinge BK took the lead through Robert Nilsson in the 21st minute, Holmeja IS managed to equalize quickly with Niklas Malmberg scoring a beautiful free kick in the 26th minute.
Holmeja IS continued to press and Malmberg scored his second goal of the match in the 35th minute. However, Lilla Beddinge BK didn’t give up, and Lucas Wickander equalized again before halftime.
In the second half, it was Lilla Beddinge BK who took the lead again through Wickander, but Holmeja IS responded immediately with yet another stunning strike from Malmberg, completing his hat trick.
The match then became a bit more heated with several warnings and expulsions. Lilla Beddinge BK had Liam Cickovski sent off in the 79th minute, which Holmeja IS took advantage of when Malmberg scored his fourth goal of the match, securing the victory for his team.
After an exciting and high-scoring match, it ended 4-3 in favor of Holmeja IS. Holmeja IS solidifies its position in the middle of the table while Lilla Beddinge BK continues to struggle at the bottom. It was an entertaining football match for the 45 spectators present at Erik Petters IP A-field.
