On a well-attended Friday evening, Anderslövs IP A-field welcomed Anderslövs BoIK and Västra Ingelstad IS in an exciting Division 6 match. Referee Toni Lazarevski took his position on the field alongside Gustav Hansson and José Antonio Ruiz Caravaca to officiate the match.
The match began with equal chances for both teams, but it was Västra Ingelstad IS who took the lead in the 35th minute through Filip Sörensen, who, after a nice setup, placed the ball in the left corner past Anderslövs BoIK’s goalkeeper.
However, Anderslövs BoIK was not going to give up easily and fought their way back into the match. Five minutes later, in the 40th minute, Emil Lundvall had the chance to equalize with a penalty. He didn’t hesitate and struck the ball high into the net, out of reach for Västra Ingelstad IS’s goalkeeper.
Anderslövs BoIK continued to play offensively, and this paid off in the 49th minute when Sebastian Lindahl lobbed the ball beautifully over the head of the Västra Ingelstad IS goalkeeper and into the net.
But Västra Ingelstad IS was not going to back down either, and in the 54th minute, Martin Andersson managed to equalize with a fine header. Five minutes later, they took the lead again when Filip Sörensen scored his second goal of the match, this time with a precise volley.
Anderslövs BoIK gave it their all in the final part of the match, but Västra Ingelstad IS managed to maintain their lead and won the match 3-2. Västra Ingelstad IS can thank Filip Sörensen for his two goals and Martin Andersson for his crucial equalizer. 175 spectators witnessed a thrilling match with many great goals!
