It was an eventful match between Branteviks IF and Baskemölla IF at Branteviks IP A-plan. The match got off to a tough start, with Tobias Sonesson from Branteviks IF receiving a warning as early as the 16th minute. Shortly thereafter, Baskemölla IF took the lead through Kalle Viberg, making it 0-1.
Branteviks IF quickly regrouped, and Linus Hviid equalized to 1-1 in the 24th minute. Branteviks then took the lead with additional goals from Sharief Ibrahim and Linus Hviid, bringing the score to 3-1.
In the second half, things became even more dramatic when Mohsin Atai from Branteviks IF received two yellow cards and was consequently sent off. Baskemölla IF took advantage of the penalty opportunity and reduced the score to 3-2 through Dragan Adzaip. Despite being a man down, Branteviks IF continued to press, and Linus Hviid scored his third goal of the match, extending the lead to 4-2.
Baskemölla IF didn’t give up and made an impressive comeback with goals from Oliver Längerberg, Daniel Hillviken, and Jamie Olsson, which gave the away team a 4-5 lead.
However, Branteviks IF showed character and fought their way back into the match with yet another goal from Linus Hviid, which set the final score at 5-5. An incredibly entertaining match that ended in a draw, with both teams putting on a fantastic performance despite their standings in the league.
