On this Monday evening, Klågerups GIF and Holmeja IS faced off at Nya IP's A-field in front of an audience of zero. Under the supervision of referee David Rajabi and assistants Aleksander Todorovski and Anton Nyholm Predal, the match kicked off.
Just two minutes into the game, Holmeja IS player Christian Leiva Whittle received a yellow card. Only two minutes later, his teammate Carl Nilsson Bergqvist also received a yellow card. Klågerups GIF responded with a yellow card for Kevin Holmquist after eight minutes and another for Oscar Persson ten minutes later.
However, it was Holmeja IS that would score the first goal of the match, with Carl Nilsson Bergqvist finding the net in the 20th minute. But just twelve minutes later, Kevin Holmquist equalized for Klågerups GIF from the penalty spot after a foul by Holmeja IS's Mattias Skog.
Holmeja IS would, however, regain the lead four minutes later when Christian Leiva Whittle scored to make it 1-2. Before halftime, Joakim Söfgren would also receive a yellow card for Holmeja IS.
In the second half, Klågerups GIF once again equalized, this time through Oscar Persson in the 59th minute. But Klågerups GIF found themselves in a worse situation when Måns Ohlin received his second yellow card and was sent off with five minutes left in the match. Holmeja IS took advantage of this when Sadiq Ibrahim Ahmed scored to make it 2-3 in the 88th minute.
Klågerups GIF's Viktor Larsson received a yellow card in the final minute, but it did not help the team earn at least one point. Holmeja IS thus won the match with a score of 2-3.
