Virestads IF and Pjätteryds GOIF met at Kvarnavallen in front of an audience of 115 people. With only twelve minutes left in the match, Oscar Hardö extended the lead to 4-2 with a header.

However, Pjätteryds GOIF did not give up, and in the closing stages of the match, in the 86th minute, Edin Nukic scored his second goal of the day, reducing the score to 4-3. But despite a few attempts from Pjätteryds GOIF, they could not equalize, and the match ended with a victory for Virestads IF.

With the result, Virestads IF finished second in the league table and can look back on a good season, while Pjätteryds GOIF has a new season to prepare for after a tough stint in Division 6 Småland Älmhult.
