It was an exciting match between Persnäs AIF and Bergkvara AIF at Solvallen in Persnäs on Sunday. 250 people gathered at the venue to see the two teams face off in Division 6 Småland Kalmar/Öland. The referee for the day was Jan-Åke Aronsson.

Already after six minutes, the first goal was scored, but it was an own goal in the wrong net. Persnäs AIF took the lead through an own goal from Bergkvara AIF. However, Bergkvara responded quickly and equalized after 20 minutes through Nahom Weldu Habte.

A couple of minutes before halftime, Bergkvara managed to take the lead. Alexander Olsson scored with a header, making it 1-2 for the visiting team. The home team, Persnäs AIF, continued to fight to get back into the match.

In the second half, Persnäs got their chance to equalize. After 67 minutes, Isak Olsson scored for the home team, and the match was once again even. After Persnäs's second goal, Bergkvara came back and started pressing forward.

But after 71 minutes, Persnäs was awarded a free kick, which Johannes Pettersson was able to convert into a goal. The home team thus took the lead at 3-2, and that turned out to be the final result. Despite Bergkvara's efforts to level the score for the remainder of the match, Persnäs held on and managed to earn three important points at home at Solvallen.
