It was an exciting soccer match at Virumsvallen when Virserums SGF hosted Hjorted-Totebo in Division 6 Småland Vimmerby. Despite an early opening goal by Virserums SGF through Marcus Andersson in the 5th minute and another goal by Tigran Martirosyan in the 21st minute, Hjorted-Totebo managed to make a strong comeback.
Tom Nilsson reduced the score to 2-1 for Hjorted-Totebo with a penalty in the 23rd minute, and Pontus Petersson then equalized just before halftime in the 41st minute. Jacob Johansson then gave Hjorted-Totebo a 3-2 lead in the 48th minute.
Virserums SGF fought their way back into the match when Fred Nahayo equalized to 3-3 in the 62nd minute, but it was Hjorted-Totebo who came out on top. Nicklas Helgesson scored an important free kick in the 65th minute, and William Sieling Gasnier sealed the final result at 5-3 for Hjorted-Totebo in the 83rd minute.
It was an intense match with a lot of fighting spirit from both teams, but Hjorted-Totebo proved to be the stronger side this evening at Virumsvallen. Referee Dawan Mofak kept control of the game and monitored the match closely in front of the 35 spectators present.
