On a sunny Saturday afternoon, Stenkvista GoIF faced IK Standard at Gyllingsvallen in front of an empty stand. Ali Mohamadi was the main referee with Zander Ayad Shamoon and Ivar Rosin as assistant referees.
Just 13 minutes into the match, Stenkvista GoIF took the lead with a goal from Alexander Bullert, which silenced the IK Standard supporters. However, just one minute later, Gustav Adolfsson equalized for IK Standard, and the match was open once again.
Stenkvista GoIF continued to push forward, and it wasn't long before Mathias Björklund scored his team's second goal of the match, regaining the lead. IK Standard fought back, and after 51 minutes of play, Adam Larsson managed to equalize for his team.
But IK Standard was not done; just four minutes later, they were awarded a penalty, which Simon Filander confidently converted into the net, marking the last goal of the match. Stenkvista GoIF desperately tried to find an equalizer, but IK Standard held on and won the match 3-2.
The match was relatively tough, with several yellow cards issued to both Stenkvista GoIF and IK Standard. Hampus Söderqvist, coach of Stenkvista GoIF, also received a yellow card after a violent reaction to a decision.
Despite the loss at home, Stenkvista GoIF can take with them the strong start in the match. For IK Standard, the victory is an important milestone and gives the team a chance to climb up the table in Division 6 Södermanland Nordvästra.
