However, Qaran IKF pulled back a consolation goal in the 77th minute when Hussein Sharif scored a fine reduction. Overall, this put pressure on Afghanska FF.
Hasib Ghafouri, however, was soon shown his second yellow card and was thus sent off after 80 minutes. Afghanska FF was down to ten players, but they tightened their defensive strategies and held off Qaran IKF. Hamze Awil and Abdullahi Houssein from Qaran IKF were both cautioned, while Mirwais Wazhafarin from Afghanska FF also received a yellow card. Despite an intense comeback attempt from Qaran IKF, Afghanska FF managed to hold on and win the match 1-2.
