Strömsbergs IF 2 came out strong against IK Rex when they hosted them at Hedens IP 1 in Division 6 Uppland North for men on Monday evening. In front of a small crowd of 91 spectators, Strömsbergs IF 2 pulled away and defeated IK Rex with a resounding score of 7-0.
The match started with a serious second yellow card for IK Rex in the 16th minute for a dangerous free kick situation, where Adam Bergman received his second yellow card and was consequently sent off. Strömsbergs IF 2 took advantage of the situation and within five minutes, Hugo Eklund scored the first goal in the 20th minute, followed by a goal from Elliot Eklund in the 21st minute and Sebastian Råstock's goal in the 27th minute.

The second half was also intense, with John Bosco Kakembo and Richard Lindström Feldt receiving yellow cards in the 63rd and 68th minutes. Strömsbergs IF 2 finished the match impressively, as Parfait Nkunku scored their fifth goal in the 87th minute, followed by Fredrik Eriksson and Sigge Torstensson with their sixth and seventh goals during injury time, bringing the final score to 7-0 in favor of Strömsbergs IF 2.
