On the artificial turf at Ärentunaskolan, Vattholma IF 2 faced Harg-Östhammar FF in an exciting match in Division 6 Uppland Eastern. Despite it being the eleventh of September and autumn beginning to creep in, it felt like summer on the field when the match kicked off at 19:00.
The match was very even from the start, but after eleven minutes, René Williams scored the first goal, giving Vattholma IF 2 the lead. The audience was virtually nonexistent, but the players on the field continued to give their all.

The match remained closely contested, with many balls flying back and forth between the two teams. However, in the 66th minute, Vattholma IF 2 regained the lead thanks to Rikard Östergren. Shortly after, Mikael Karlsson received his first yellow card, and just seconds later, he received a second yellow and had to leave the field.
With Vattholma IF 2 down a man, it looked like Harg-Östhammar FF could take control of the match. In the 84th minute, Christoffer Holmkvist scored two goals within just under four minutes, and Loke Severin added another goal in the 86th minute. The match ended with an impressive 5-2 victory for Harg-Östhammar FF, with Samuel Eriksson scoring his second goal from a free kick in the last minute of the match.
After the match, Harg-Östhammar FF solidified their third place in the league table, while Vattholma IF 2 remained in fifth place. The next round will be played in mid-September, and both teams look forward to earning new points then.
