Upplands-Ekeby IF defeated Almo BK 4-2 in a well-played Division 6 match at Björnvallen 1. The first half began with a high tempo from both teams, but it was Almo BK that first managed to score. Eritrean player Tikaileli received the ball on the wing and shot it into the far corner.

Upplands-Ekeby continued to attack but struggled to find the net. Instead, it was an unfortunate own goal from Almo BK that led to an equalizer after half an hour. Victor Blad drove the ball forward and had a shot from the penalty area, but the ball deflected off a defender and went into the goal.

The visiting team played physically and received several warnings during the match. In the 59th minute, Thomas Eriksson was also sent off after receiving his second yellow card. It became a tough task for the home team, which had to fight with one player less on the field.

However, the opposition was too weak, and Upplands-Ekeby continued to push on. Rasmus Karlsson scored two goals within four minutes, taking the lead to 3-1. Almo BK tried to find openings, but the Upplands-Ekeby defense stood firm.

In the 83rd minute, Karlsson scored his second of the day by putting the fourth ball behind Almo BK's goalkeeper. It was a dream start for Karlsson, who had just come on as a substitute.

Despite Upplands-Ekeby continuing to press on, Almo BK managed to reduce the deficit before the final whistle. Amza Sebuyongwe only needed to slot in a rebound from the goalkeeper into the empty net.

Nevertheless, despite this attempt, Almo BK could not add any more goals to Upplands-Ekeby's tally. Upplands-Ekeby secured a much-needed victory and had Rasmus Karlsson to thank for a strong performance.
