It was an exciting Division 6 match between Strömtorps IK B and Nykroppa AIK at Stora Valla B-plan on a Wednesday evening.
The match started fairly evenly, and both teams had several chances to score. However, it wasn't until just before halftime that Strömtorps IK B took the lead through an own goal by Nykroppa AIK.
In the second half, the pace picked up, and Nykroppa AIK created more dangerous chances. This paid off after 60 minutes when Isak Hultgren shot the ball into the net, equalizing the match. Strömtorps IK B continued to fight but struggled to create chances as dangerous as before.
With only 12 minutes left in the match, Nykroppa AIK managed to take the lead through Samuel Ericsson, who pushed the ball in after a nice attack. Strömtorps IK B tried to fight their way back into the match but unfortunately couldn't find an equalizer. Thus, the match ended 1-2 in favor of Nykroppa AIK.
Referee Sven Nordström did a good job, and well-written match facts are available for anyone who wants to take part in the events of the match. The attendance was low, but that at least left no room for bias from either the referee or the reporting party!
