It was a sunny Sunday afternoon at Kajbergsvallen A when Hajoms IF faced Kinnahults IF in Division 6 Västergötland Borås. Unfortunately, there were no spectators present, but that did not stop the teams from fighting hard on the field. Referee Johan Seger kept order in the game and issued several warnings to both teams.
In the 18th minute, Kinnahults IF's Filip Österberg received a warning, and it wasn’t long before Hajoms IF's Dean Bitton and Johannes Larsson also received yellow cards. Jonatan Johansson from Kinnahults IF also was booked just before halftime.
But before it was time for the break, Hajoms IF managed to score a goal. Lars-Eric Johansson found the net, giving his team the lead in the 46th minute. Kinnahults IF worked hard to equalize, but Hajoms IF's defense held strong.
In the 64th minute, Hajoms IF's Dean Bitton stepped up and scored another goal for his team. Kinnahults IF felt that time was important and continued to press, but to no avail.
Erik Pettersson from Kinnahults IF received a warning in the 75th minute, and shortly after, Oskar Pettersson and Raul Jean Morales Santos also picked up yellow cards. Hajoms IF's Thobias Nilsson was warned as well towards the end of the match.
However, it was Hajoms IF's day as Dean Bitton scored the third goal in the 91st minute, sealing the match with a 3-0 victory for Hajoms IF. Kinnahults IF had to head home with a bitter taste in their mouths, while Hajoms IF could celebrate a well-deserved win on their home ground.
