Viskafors IF took an important victory in Division 6 Västergötland Borås as they defeated Högvads BK 3-2 at Svanehov A. The match began with an early goal from the home team, as Jesper Wangfelt Johansson scored just three minutes into the game. However, it wouldn't take long for the guests to equalize; just four minutes later, Svante Persson leveled the score to 1-1 for Högvads BK.
Viskafors continued to push forward, and it took 30 minutes before Alexander Hagert put the home team ahead 2-1. The second half was relatively even, but Viskafors had the majority of the possession. With eleven minutes remaining, Marcus Svensson scored to make it 3-1, allowing the home fans to breathe a sigh of relief.
However, Högvads BK refused to give up, and with four minutes left on the clock, they were awarded a penalty, which Erik Liljekvist skillfully converted into a goal. Despite this, it was too late for the away team, and Viskafors managed to hold on to secure three much-needed points.
The match was attended by a crowd of 40 people, and referee Viktor Eriksson officiated the game well. Yellow cards were issued to Sari Al Saghir and Svante Persson from Högvads BK, as well as Thimmy Wangfelt and William Turgren from Viskafors IF.
