Töreboda IK showed their dominance when they faced Tidans IF in the latest match of Division 6 Västergötland Töreboda on Sunday afternoon. In front of a completely empty Töreshov B artificial grass field, Töreboda displayed their scoring ability by winning with a score of 7-0.
The match started strong when Olle Andersson from Töreboda found the net just two minutes into the game. Rikhard Henningsson then scored to put Töreboda ahead with a 2-0 lead after five minutes. Nderim Kastrati further sank Tidans with the third goal of the match after 17 minutes. Before the half-time break, Kastrati struck again to make it four goals after 42 minutes, and Kristian Youkhanna closed the first half by scoring in the final minute to lead 5-0 at half-time.
In the second half, Töreboda continued to dominate the match, and Alfons Hellqvist scored their sixth goal after 66 minutes. Abulfazl Hosseini further dealt a blow to Tidans with his goal in the 78th minute, bringing the score to 7-0.
Tidans IF could do nothing to stop Töreboda's offensive play and lost the match against Töreboda IK. Dimitris Kourri and Oskar Stensson each received a yellow card during the match.
Töreboda IK now leads the table, while Tidans IF sits at the bottom. It remains to be seen if Tidans IF can bounce back from this defeat and climb up the table in the upcoming matches.
