Valskogs IK took a convincing victory against Skinnskattebergs SK at Centralvallen in front of a crowd of 59 spectators. The match started strongly for the home team, Valskogs IK, and just 15 minutes in, they took the lead with a goal from Jim Eriksson. Only two minutes later, Filip Springfeldt doubled the lead to 2-0. Skinnskattebergs SK fought on but had a player cautioned in Hamayoon Bostan Ali after 25 minutes.

Valskogs continued to dominate and Max Blom increased the score to 3-0 after 31 minutes. Following a red card for Filip Hofstad, Skinnskattebergs SK was awarded a penalty, which Mattias Sundberg confidently converted, reducing the score to 3-1. Ilyas Abdullahi Hirsi kept pressing for the away team and managed to score another goal, bringing the score to 3-2 before halftime.

Just before halftime, Jesper Karlsson once again extended Valskogs’ lead to 4-2. In the second half, Filip Springfeldt continued his goal spree by scoring both the 5-2 and 6-2, completing a hat trick in just 57 minutes. Skinnskattebergs SK did not give up, and Mattias Sundberg scored yet another penalty, reducing the score to 6-3.

Despite a resilient effort from the visiting team, they could not catch up, and Valskogs IK secured three points. Skinnskattebergs SK played with heart, but Valskogs showed their class and won the match 6-3. This was an important step for Valskogs in Division 6 Västmanland, men.
