Västerlösa GoIF B secured a convincing victory at home on Kornettevallen when they faced BK Zeros B in Division 7 Östergötland Västra.
Just three minutes into the match, the home team took the lead through Patrik Gustafsson, and only eight minutes later, Andreas Bergström extended the lead to 2-0. Bergström added his second goal of the match in the 19th minute, which meant that Västerlösa GoIF B led 3-0 at halftime.
In the second half, the goals kept coming. BK Zeros B reduced the deficit with a goal from Johan Rosenqvist in the 55th minute, and just seven minutes later, Hannes Wahlstrand Hyvönen made it 4-2. Despite two warnings given to Västerlösa players, Joel Gustafsson and Kameran Al Talakani, they managed to hold on, and in the 87th minute, Osman Rage Abukar Yusuf put the final nail in the coffin with a goal that made it 6-2.
The referee blew the whistle after 90 minutes, and Västerlösa GoIF B could celebrate a convincing victory in front of an enthusiastic crowd at Kornettevallen.
