SPIK got off to a dream start when Giorgio Solinas scored a penalty in the 14th minute, giving them a 1-0 lead. BK Bleket struggled to get into the match, and it wasn't until the 38th minute that SPIK extended their lead to 2-0 through David Borgenstierna.
