Östersunds DFF took the lead as early as the 4th minute when Christine Thelin put the ball behind the Kungsbacka goalkeeper. Frida Sjöberg then extended the lead to 2-0 in the 21st minute, before Josefin Arvidsson made it 3-0 for the home team in the 32nd minute.

Kungsbacka managed to reduce the deficit through Ida Strömblad and went into halftime with a score of 3-1. However, it didn’t take long in the second half for Östersund to increase their lead once again, this time through Christine Thelin who scored her second goal of the match.

Kungsbacka did not give up and Karin Lundin managed to make it 4-2 in the 52nd minute. Despite several attempts from both teams, the final result stood and Östersunds DFF secured the victory with a score of 4-2.
