In an exciting match in the Elitettan between Djurgården's IF FF and Bollstanäs SK at Kristineberg's IP 1, it was the home team that drew the longest straw with a convincing 3-1 win in front of their 193 fans.

The match started strongly by Djurgården and already in the 10th minute they took the lead through a beautiful strike by Mia Jalkerud. The home team continued to press and in the 59th minute they increased their lead to 2-0 through Alexandra Höglund. Bollstanäs tried to fight their way back into the game and made a substitution at half-time to try and create a little more forward pressure.

But Djurgården continued to dominate and in the 79th minute they extended their lead further to 3-0 through Hanna Lundqvist. Although Bollstanäs managed to reduce in the 90th minute through Sabina Lundström, it was Djurgården who took home three points when the referee blew the match.

With this win, Djurgården's IF FF moves up to second place in the table, while Bollstanäs SK continues to be last. A strong performance by the home team that shows they are a force to be reckoned with in the Elitetta.
