On a sunny Sunday afternoon at Älta IP 1, Älta IF and Östersunds DFF faced off in an exciting match in Elitettan. The audience, consisting of 58 people, had gathered to watch the two teams battle for three points.
The match started ideally for the visiting team Östersunds DFF when Emma Danielsson scored 0-1 just 10 minutes into the game. In the 66th minute, Lina Malmborg scored Älta’s second goal, and when Granström Olofsson netted her second goal of the day in the 80th minute, the score suddenly stood at 3-3 on the scoreboard.
Despite frantic final minutes, neither team could secure a win and the final score ended up 3-3. Älta IF settled for one point while Östersunds DFF headed home to Jämtland with a bitter taste of a lost lead.
