Already after 30 minutes, IK Uppsala took the lead through Elin Åkerman, and in the final minutes of the first half, she increased her goal tally, making it 2-0 for the home team when the referee blew the whistle for halftime.

In the second half, IK Uppsala continued to dominate and after 54 minutes, Therese Simonsson scored, extending the lead to 3-0. Sundsvalls DFF tried to bounce back by making several substitutions, but it didn’t help.

IK Uppsala had full control of the match, and Ingrid Wixner sealed the deal by scoring 4-0 in the 75th minute. After that, the home team had opportunities to score more goals but failed to extend the lead.

In the end, it was, therefore, a humiliating defeat for Sundsvalls DFF, while IK Uppsala celebrated a convincing victory in front of the 180 spectators in attendance. An impressive performance by the home team, who displayed good play and efficiency in their finishing.
