Kungsbacka DFF received several warnings during the match, but they continued to fight hard. Towards the end of the first half, it was Mallbacken who managed to get the ball in, a fine performance from Nkemjika Ezurike who equalized before halftime.

At the beginning of the second half, neither team wanted to back down. Karin Lundin extended Kungsbacka DFF's lead when she scored in the 45th minute. Mimmi Asperot scored her second goal of the match in the 55th minute, bringing the final score to 3-1.

Mallbackens IF Sunne desperately tried to get back into the match and made two substitutions, but it didn’t help this time. Kungsbacka DFF also made a substitution, bringing in Cornelia Kapocs in place of Mimmi Asperot. With 10 minutes left on the clock, Mallbacken made a change by bringing in Hedvig Pettersson, but they could not alter the result.

When the referee blew the final whistle, Kungsbacka's players and fans celebrated joyfully and cheered for their important victory. Kungsbacka DFF is now in 5th place in the table, while Mallbackens IF Sunne is in 8th place.
