It was an exciting match at Gröndals IP when IFK Kalmar hosted AIK in Elitettan. With an audience of 524 people and Annica Torkelsson as the referee, it seemed like a good match to look forward to. At the beginning of the match, it looked like it would be an easy victory for the visiting team AIK, as Loreta Kullashi scored a penalty just 20 minutes in. Shortly after, Caroline Röstlund received a warning from Torkelsson.

The second half started similarly to the first, and AIK had good control of the match. Petra Sundqvist extended the away team's lead to 2-0 after just over an hour. However, IFK Kalmar was not going to let AIK win so easily and brought in Ida Andersson. Just a few minutes later, Andersson scored the home team's first goal.

With just over 10 minutes left to play, the home team increased the tempo and desperately tried to equalize. With two quick substitutions, Sofia Olsson and Josefine Nilsén had a chance to change the match. AIK's defense held strong until deep into the match when Emma Danielsson scored the equalizer in stoppage time, saving a point for the home team.

After the match, IFK Kalmar was in third place in the table while AIK was in fourth place. A well-played match with two evenly matched teams that both fought hard for the victory.
