IF Brommapojkarna hosted Mallbackens IF Sunne at Grimsta IP on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Even though the stadium was empty due to prevailing restrictions, the match promised to be exciting with two teams battling for important points in Elitettan.
Referee Annica Torkelsson blew the whistle to start the match, and it was IF Brommapojkarna who started the strongest. With only four minutes left in the match, Michelle Rojas Flores scored her first goal of the season, extending the lead to 4-1. Both teams made a few final substitutions, but the game slowed down toward the end.
The match ended with a score of 4-1 in favor of IF Brommapojkarna, who thus earned three important points and remained in third place in the table. Mallbackens IF Sunne remained in eighth place and will have to aim for better results in their next match.
