It was an exciting match at Studenternas when IK Uppsala Fotboll hosted IFK Kalmar in Elitettan. In front of an audience of 249, the match started with a high tempo from both teams. However, it was the guests who got off to a quick start.

Already in the ninth minute, Kajsa Lang headed the ball into the net and gave IFK Kalmar a 1-0 lead. Just two minutes later, Jessika Pedersen Strandberg scored another header that went into the goal, extending the lead to 2-0. IK Uppsala Fotboll struggled to get back into the match, and it wasn't until the 53rd minute that they managed to score their first goal, with Hanna Persson putting the ball in the net.

IFK Kalmar did not let this affect them and continued to apply pressure, and in the 24th minute, Andrea Thorisson scored a beautiful goal that gave the guests a 3-1 lead. Despite IK Uppsala Fotboll scoring a second goal in stoppage time through Moa Öhman, it was not enough to catch up with the guests.

The match ended with a victory for IFK Kalmar with a score of 3-2. A big shoutout to Kajsa Lang, Jessika Pedersen Strandberg, and Andrea Thorisson for their goals, and to the entire IFK Kalmar team for their performance. Referee Eva Svärdsudd, along with her assistant referees Demir Kasumovic and Hannes Öckerman, managed the match excellently.
