IF Brommapojkarna fought hard to equalize, but instead, IK Uppsala Football was awarded a penalty in the final minute of the match after Marika Bergman Lundin was fouled in the penalty area. Lundin herself confidently stepped up to the penalty spot and neatly placed the ball in the goal, sealing the final score at 3-1.
With the victory, IK Uppsala Football strengthens its position in the standings and moves up to third place, while IF Brommapojkarna remains in fourth place. It was a well-played and exciting match that offered many chances and beautiful goals.
