It was a relaxed Saturday afternoon at Skytteholms IP 1 where AIK faced Ifö Bromölla IF in a decisive match in the Elitettan. In front of a crowd of 304, AIK started the match strongly, and just 10 minutes in, Adelisa Grabus gave AIK the lead with a score of 1-0. Jennie Nordin headed in AIK's second goal in the 18th minute, and shortly thereafter, Matilda Nildén increased AIK's lead to 3-0 in the 22nd minute.

Nova Selin also scored in the 34th minute, and the team went into halftime with a clear lead of 4-0. When the second half began, it was once again Matilda Nildén who showcased her scoring talent, bringing the score to 5-0 for AIK in the 48th minute. Adelisa Grabus extended AIK's lead to 6-0 in the 56th minute, and the team continued to dominate the match.

AIK made three substitutions in the 60th minute, bringing Sara Frigren, Luca Deza Nakamura, and Emelie Jansson onto the field in place of Daniella Famili, Annika Svensson, and Monica Hagström. In the 71st minute, Linda Hallin also made her entrance for AIK, as Ifö Bromölla IF substituted in Ebba Järvensivu and Mathilda Holgersson for Hanna Lundell and Kajsa Nilsson.
